Kierowanie pojazdem w szpilkach, japonkach, bez obuwia – czy to jest legalne?

Przepisy prawa o ruchu drogowym nie określają jakie obuwie powinien zakładać kierowca, zatem nie jest zabronione prowadzenie pojazdu w szpilkach, japonkach, bez obuwia czy w gumofilcach ?. Nie można więc ukarać osoby mandatem karnym za niewłaściwe obuwie.

Na tym nie kończymy wpisu, ponieważ.. jeśli dojdzie do wypadku lub kolizji, a w toku postępowania okaże się, że przyczyną było np. zablokowanie hamulca przez szpilki lub klapek, w takiej sytuacji kierowca będzie odpowiadał za naruszenie zasady bezpieczeństwa, czyli „przedsiębranie takich czynności, które zgodnie ze sztuką i techniką prowadzenia pojazdów samochodowych są obiektywnie niezbędne do zapewnienia maksymalnego bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym, a także powstrzymywanie się od czynności, które mogłyby to bezpieczeństwo zmniejszyć.
